1. What a cookie or similar tracer is
This page states which storage Cijativojaconsulting uses on cijativojaconsulting.click, what sits in it and how you change that yourself. The Dutch text is authoritative.
Cookies are small text files a browser keeps while you visit a site. They can make the site work, remember a preference or measure visits. Article 11.7a of the Dutch Telecommunications Act also covers similar techniques such as local storage (localStorage). We treat those the same way: no optional storage until you choose it.
Personal data — the form, session files, invoices — is described in the privacy policy.
2. What we place and what we do not
The site uses one first-party tracer: storage of your consent choice. It holds no name, no email and no project note. We set no third-party measurement code, no advertising cookie, no social button and no embedded map or video. Fonts, photographs and the site script come from cijativojaconsulting.click.
Motion or a custom cursor, if present, stores nothing. Technical logs at TransIP B.V. are not cookies; they belong to the security measures in the privacy policy. The contact form itself does not set a cookie from us; submission travels through FormSubmit, as explained there.
3. The five categories

The banner shows three controls of equal weight: accept all, reject all and customise. The site stays usable whichever path you take. After 182 days we ask again.
4. Legal framework in the Netherlands
Storing or reading information on your device is governed by Article 11.7a of the Telecommunications Act, read with the ePrivacy Directive. Strictly necessary storage may be used without prior consent. Everything else needs a freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous choice before storage happens.
Supervision sits with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and, where personal data is involved, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. We claim no quality mark and no audit certificate. 5. Changing your preferences
You adjust or withdraw your choice without emailing us, by reopening the banner:

6. Accessibility of the banner
