Free until 7 days before the session. Closer to the date, terms and conditions govern whether the deposit is kept or credited.

We aim to respond within 2 working days. Tight broadcast or tour dates? Say so in your message — we check for open slots.

From age 16 with signed permission from a parent or guardian who makes the booking and payment. Under 16 only after we agree in writing via contact.

Yes. Studio time starts at the agreed hour. Late arrival shortens tracking time unless we reserved extra hours at the running rate on services.

One or two visitors in control are usually fine. More people only after coordination because of space and isolation.

We have a digital piano, bass and guitar amps and basic drum pieces for demos. Bring your own instruments for your usual tone.

Extra time is possible when the next slot is free, at the booked service hourly rate. We bill per started half hour unless the quote says otherwise.

Yes. Studio headphones are available too. For vocal takes we suggest closed models; see prepare for a vocal session.

Default 24-bit WAV at project sample rate (often 48 kHz). Other formats on request; mastering deliverables are described on mastering and in the formats guide.

Secure download link or your own SSD/drive on site. Large projects are planned upfront via contact.

12 months after the last related session, then we delete server copies. Keep your own backups; see privacy policy.

2 feedback rounds on the agreed mix or master within reasonable scope. Extra rounds or new takes are quoted separately.

Yes when listed on the quote — for example a stem master at €145. Mix stems need a folder and naming plan agreed in advance.

After full payment for the agreed service we deliver work files as contracted. You handle commercial exploitation of your work; we do not claim co-ownership of your music.

For publication we recommend consent for recording and use. Background and checklist are in podcast rights and consent.

No. We do not use client material to train machine-learning models. We do not clone voices without explicit written permission.

Casual sharing is welcome when everyone present agrees. Commercial campaigns need prior written rules on what may be used.

For consumers we show amounts incl. 21 % VAT on services, with an excl. column for comparison. Example vocal hour: €95.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio where possible. Business clients: payment within 14 days on invoice unless agreed otherwise.

Consumers usually on session day. Business jobs follow invoice terms in terms and conditions. Mix/master projects may be phased — your quote states this.

Yes: half and full vocal days, EP mixing, podcast season bundles and voice-over project rates. All amounts are on services and service pages such as podcast recording.
