What we focus on
Cijativojaconsulting has been at Overtoom 141 since 2019. We work with singers, producers, podcast hosts and voice talent who want a quiet booth and an engineer who thinks about takes and deliverables.
Every request starts with your goal and schedule. We then propose a room, a rate and file formats. The calendar is firm only after you accept the quote and pay the deposit. Background on the studio is on about us and in our guides.

Session and archive
The engineer who quoted you runs the session. We keep session files for 12 months unless agreed otherwise.
Studio on Overtoom
Our 26 m² live room suits band tracking and ensemble takes; the 11 m² vocal booth is isolated for dry vocals and narration. Control has sight lines to both spaces.
Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00 (by appointment only). Closed on Sunday. The studio is on Overtoom in Oud-West. Trams 1 and 12 serve the Overtoom (Vondelpark) stop; from there it is about a five-minute walk. You can lock your bike at the racks along Overtoom in front of the building. All amounts on services show excl. and incl. 21 % VAT. Example: one hour of Vocal recording is €95.

How do I reserve studio time?
Send a message via contact. Within 2 working days you receive a quote with a date proposal. After acceptance and a 30 % deposit, the session is firm.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. On services you see both €78.51 and €95 for one hour of vocal recording. Other services follow the same pattern.
Can I cancel for free?
More than 7 days before the session you can reschedule or cancel at no charge. Closer to the date, our terms and conditions apply.
What files do I receive?
Usually 24-bit WAV at project sample rate, via download link or your drive. Mastering format choices are explained in our mastering formats guide.
How long do you keep recordings?
We keep session files for 12 months after the last session. Make your own backups; retention is also covered in our privacy policy.
