Cijativojaconsulting B.V. runs a recording studio. We work with 3 treated rooms, including an 11 m² vocal booth and a 26 m² live room. The studio has been open since 2019. This page is the imprint: who stands behind the site, how to reach us, and which technical parties keep the site online.

2. Contact, hours and how to get here

For a quote, a change or a complaint, write to [email protected] or call 020 737 0842. We reply within 2 working days. Hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 11:00–17:00 (by appointment only). Closed on Sunday.

The studio is on Overtoom in Oud-West. Trams 1 and 12 serve the Overtoom (Vondelpark) stop; from there it is about a five-minute walk. You can lock your bike at the racks along Overtoom in front of the building.

The map is on OpenStreetMap. We receive visitors by appointment only; turning up without a booking does not entitle you to a booth or an engineer.

3. Registrations and tax numbers

Cijativojaconsulting B.V. is entered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce trade register. The details that appear on an invoice:

You can check the KvK number in the public trade register. We put the VAT number on invoices to businesses in the European Union. Consumer prices include the standard rate of 21 %.

4. Management

The sole director of Cijativojaconsulting B.V. is Maarten van Dijk. He is also lead engineer. The rest of the team is listed on about us. Directors’ liability follows ordinary company law; this site does not change it.

5. Hosting and technical providers

To our knowledge FormSubmit is not certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is needed to handle your request. 6. Intellectual property in the site

The copy, structure, visual identity and code of cijativojaconsulting.click belong to Cijativojaconsulting B.V., except where a piece clearly belongs to someone else. You may view pages and keep a copy for your own non-commercial use. Republishing on another site, in print or in a campaign needs prior written permission via [email protected].

Microphone, software and streaming marks we mention stay with their owners. A mention is not a partnership. Photographs are mood images; they do not depict a real client session. See also the disclaimer.

7. Personal data and cookies

Cijativojaconsulting B.V. is the controller for data you send through the site or by e-mail. We ask only what we need to reply, schedule and invoice. We do not sell addresses and we do not run a newsletter.

Recordings of your voice are personal data once you can be recognised. We use those files to perform the job and keep them for 12 months after the last session, as the terms and conditions describe. We do not train AI models on your takes and we do not build a voice clone without a separate written instruction.

You exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection through [email protected]. The supervisory authority in the Netherlands is the Dutch Data Protection Authority. 8. Accessibility

We want the site to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and enlarged type. The European Accessibility Act has applied to certain consumer-facing services since 28 June 2025; what we already do and where the site still falls short is in the accessibility statement. Report a barrier via [email protected] or the form; we review it within 2 working days.

9. Governing law

Dutch law governs this legal notice and the use of the site. Mandatory rules of the country where you live as a consumer still apply. The terms and conditions govern bookings and sessions. The disclaimer limits what you may rely on in the site copy.

The Dutch version is binding. This English page is a translation for information. If the two differ, the text on the Dutch URL prevails.

10. Changes
