Disclaimer
This English text is for convenience. The Dutch version is legally authoritative. Disclaimer
In brief
- Copy on this site is general and does not replace a quote or a contract.
- Rates include 21 % VAT until we agree a written price.
- We do not promise a hit, a playlist slot or a fixed stream count.
- If the language versions differ, Dutch prevails. Contracts live in the terms.
1. What this disclaimer covers
This page applies to anyone who visits cijativojaconsulting.click, reads an article or sends the form. It limits what you may take from the site itself. Once you accept a quote, the terms and conditions override this disclaimer for that job.
The publisher is Cijativojaconsulting B.V., Overtoom 141, 1054 HG Amsterdam. Identity, Chamber of Commerce details and the host are in the legal notice. Questions: [email protected] or 020 737 0842.
2. Website content
We write the pages carefully: services, frequently asked questions and the guides. A sentence can still age, a rate can change, or a technical term can be too short. The site is not legal, tax or medical advice and not a second opinion on your mix.
Guides such as preparing vocals, mix budget or master formats are studio notes about how we work, not how every studio or label works. Check your distributor’s or broadcaster’s rules yourself.
We revise content when something changes for good. Date of this disclaimer: 1 October 2026.
3. Rates, quotes and availability
The amounts on the service pages — for example €95 per hour of Vocal recording, €185 per track of Mixing, €98 per track of Mastering, €295 per podcast episode and €118 per hour of Voice-over & dubbing — are guide prices including 21 % VAT. A slot is only firm after written confirmation and the 30 % deposit, as article 6 of the terms explains.
A submitted form is a request, not a booking. We may refuse a date if the diary is full, the job does not fit the 3 rooms, or safety is at risk. Hours: Mon–Fri 10–19, Sat 11–17 (by appointment).
4. Links to other sites
We link, among others, to OpenStreetMap, the Chamber of Commerce, the Dutch Data Protection Authority and the site of host TransIP B.V.. Those parties have their own terms and their own privacy notices. A link is not an endorsement and not a joint offer. Report a dead or misleading link via [email protected]; we look at it within 2 working days.
5. Recordings and artistic outcome
A session is a duty of care: we put the 16 microphone preamps, the booth and the engineer to work as agreed. How a take sounds also depends on voice, arrangement, preparation and choices you make in the room. We do not promise a chart position, a loudness figure beyond what the quote states, or a playlist placement.
Whether you may release a track depends on your rights in the composition, lyrics, samples and performances. The studio does not audit those rights line by line. For guests and consent on spoken sessions see podcast rights and article 13 of the terms.
6. Liability for the site
For loss that follows only from reading or using the website — a misunderstood rate, an outdated sentence, a dropped connection — we are liable only where the law requires it, for example intent or wilful recklessness, or personal injury. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact.
We are not responsible for your own equipment, your network, or a third-party service (except a hosting outage at TransIP B.V. to the extent it is attributable to us). The contact form travels via FormSubmit in the United States; if you want to avoid that transfer, use [email protected] or 020 737 0842.
Loss during a booked session or on delivery of files is governed by the liability clause in the terms, not by this shorter site disclaimer.
7. Images, marks and examples
Photographs on the site are mood images, some of them produced with AI. They do not show a real client, a finished mix or a promise about the acoustics of your session. Street and façade pictures read as Amsterdam; they are not an official city photograph.
Software, microphone and platform names remain with their owners. Use on this site is not sponsorship and not a quality mark.
8. Law, language and contact
Dutch law governs this disclaimer. The Dutch version prevails; English is a translation. We try to settle a dispute about site use by e-mail first. If that fails, the same forum rules as in the terms apply: consumers may sue in their home court or in Amsterdam; businesses use the District Court of Amsterdam.
